When I first started out in photography, I primarily took photographs of landscapes and wildlife. I pursued photographing people after a friend of mine asked me to do their wedding. I started recieivng requests to do other weddings. From there, I expanded into portrait photography.
I felt I needed more education for portrait and wedding photography, so I went back to school in 2003. I've taken photography classes at North Idaho College and Spokane Falls Community College. I've had the pleasure to study with some great photographers such as Ira Gardner, Phil Corlis, and Lark Gilmer Smothermon.
One of the things I love about doing portrait photography is I'm always learning and growing with each session.
